Super FUN day out!
This was our first time to Crystal Mountain and we absolutely loved every minute. Friendly staff, super fun indoor playground, really fun rides outside. There was something for everyone, we stayed all day we had such fun. When I booked I thought it was on the expensive side but it was worth every dollar.

Poor facility services
My little boy was sticking in the bathroom due to run out of papers, and I have asked 4 staffs but no one knew where the papers are. I finally was able to meet the manager or the owner of the shop and he says in a very annoying voice that they are extremely busy right now packing crystals that he doesn’t want to waste time on doing that. He brought the papers at the end of long waiting. However my husband and I were really disappointed in the service we received and decided not to visit this place again as we are not valuable customers for them even though we spent over $350 but didn’t not buy any crystals.

Needs some energy and work
Lacked fun energy and atmosphere. Staff around park not very engaged and seemed disinterested. Was unclear what rides were running. Had to ask staff if rides were in fact running. No one near carousel during advertised running times. One staff member was taking selfies and had to be asked if pony rides were on. Highly recommend some customer service training.
