This was one of the highlights and most memorable parts of our trip - what a fantastic way to experience Queenstown!
Absolutely breathtaking views and photos, from both the coach and the cruise.
We were very lucky to have snow on the coach trip, which was just magical.
If you are booking a trip to Queenstown, you literally must do this as part of your stay.
Just bear in mind that you need to account for 1 full day to do this activity, as you will be out from 7am - 7pm.
Plenty of stops along the way and places to purchase food and drinks etc, but reccommmend packing some snacks (or Ferg Bakery pastries if you are like us, and can't get enough of it!).
Pack very warm jackets, water, sunglasses and grippy shoes.
Our coach driver Brian was honestly a big part of why we enjoyed the trip so much. Brian was very knowledgable, friendly, kind and a fantastic driver. He even offered to take pictures for us and other passengers. He made frequent stops for those of us who constantly needed to strech our legs and relieve ourselves, and we had a bunch of laughs along the way - kudos to Brian - you are awesome and thank you for your concentration on the long drive!
