1. Exceptional Service "The staff at Velocity Valley were amazing—professional, friendly, and ensured we had an unforgettable experience. They explained everything clearly and made us feel safe the entire time. Highly recommend them!" 2. Friendly and Knowledgeable "The team was super friendly and knowledgeable. They calmed our nerves and made the experience even more fun. Their passion and energy were infectious!" 3. Safety and Fun "The staff prioritized safety while keeping the fun alive. They checked equipment carefully and made sure we were comfortable. Great balance of professionalism and enjoyments !

Fun new experience
Had a good deal from Book Me - 10 rides to share with family of 4. My kids were the ones who usually used it and they had awesome new experiences. They all had fun with all the rides. My daughter likes the Swoop the most, she had to ride it twice. While my son likes the Shweeb, he had to ride it twice too. Recommended to all.

The best family day
We went as a whānau for my two son’s birthday’s and unfortunately the weather wasn’t on our side but we decided to go anyway. Because of the wet weather we were mostly the only ones there so didn’t have to wait for any of the rides. It was so much fun and we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We also got a family pass that was such a bargain. The team are super friendly and helpful. Definitely a must do in Rotorua.
