I made a last-minute decision to book the four-hour Lost World Tour, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I have ever made.
The crew were incredible from the very beginning; funny, welcoming, extremely thorough in their briefings, and supportive throughout the entire adventure. They made everyone feel safe, capable and excited, even when we were stepping well outside our comfort zones.
Only my overseas-adventure self would attempt something like this, and it is an experience I will never forget. The scenery is spectacular, the experience is completely unique, and the sense of achievement afterwards is unbeatable.
Do not overthink it, book the tour! You will be nervous, exhilarated and incredibly proud that you did it. I am already planning to return in April 2027 for the full-day adventure and am more than willing to fly across the Tasman to experience it all again!
