Lofty’s knowledge about the area was impressive, and Alice was always there to ensure everyone felt comfortable and safe. They worked together seamlessly, making the trip not only fun but also informative. Their thoughtfulness really showed in the little things, like checking in on each person and taking the time to point out the unique features of the canyon that we would have otherwise missed.
